Order Cancellation
Please place your order carefully. To cancel your order, please notify us at info@woodpeckertoys.in or contact customer care within 8 hours after the order has been placed.ÂCustomers will be eligible for the complete refund only if the order is cancelled within 8 hours after the order has been placed.
No cancellation will be accepted after 8 hours after the order has been placed. This is because your order might have already been processed and shipped after this stipulated time. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that all Refunds will be processed only in INR currency.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped to the Delivery Address provided by the customer. Please ensure your address is correct. If you would like to change the delivery address, please contact us at info@woodpeckertoys.in or contact our customer care within 3 hours after purchase is made. Change of address is not possible after the stipulated time as we strive to dispatch all our orders as early as possible. Please note that we will not be able to make any changes to your order once the order has been dispatched.Â
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days during normal conditions and may take up to 5 business days during festive seasons, regional holidays, low stock or unexpected spike in order volumes. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, it may take up to 7- 12 business days under normal conditions to deliver your order. If order does not reach within this delivery period, please inform us by sending an email to info@woodpeckertoys.in with your Order ID, delivery address and contact number to facilitate our checking of your parcel. Kindly note that during unavoidable circumstances such as current covid pandemic related restrictions, peak season, festive season, poor weather conditions, public/regional holidays or delivery related issues from the courier carrier, it might take up to 30 business days to deliver your order.

Returns and Replacements
 We welcome Return and Replacement for items that is damaged within 3 days of receiving the product by the customer. All approved returns due to damaged or defective product will be addressed by a replacement of the same product from Woodpecker Toys and has to be communicated within 3 days of receiving the order. Please note that you have to return the received defective product back for replacement by the correct order.
For claiming Return and Replacement of items which are damaged or has missing parts, please contact our customer care number or send us a mail at info@woodpeckertoys.in. please provide us with your Order ID, picture & opening video of the product received with the defect and the receipt followed by a detailed description of the defect so that we can solve your issue as early as possible.Â
We currently do not have pickup option. so customer is requested to courier us back the defective product.
Full opening video is strictly must from start to end for any sort of damage claims.Â
